LAKEVIEW COTTAGE RETREAT

RENTAL POLICIES/PRACTICE 2006

Lakeview cottage retreat is a very clean and unique cottage in a country setting designed to provide families and couples with a relaxing opportunity to enjoy nature.

  Rental costs for the 2009 season are: $600 CAN per week(7 nights)   

·         Lakeview Cottage Retreat is set up to house families of up to 5 members comfortably and safely with a maximum of 3 adults. Additional adults will be charged @ $50.00/night for the first 3 nights.

·         A deposit of $150.00 is required to reserve cottage with the balance in cash upon arrival.

·         For the convenience of our guests check out time is set at 10:00 AM and check in time at 14:00 hours(2:00 P.M.)

 ·Pets are welcome. A non-refundable $60.00 clean-up fee may be  applied. (For reasons of allergies, no cats please).

·         Air conditioning may be obtained for an additional flat fee of $50.00/week

·         Lakeview Cottage Retreat is a smoke free environment. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

·       A propane gas barbecue is provided for your convenience.  Gas is complimentary for a reasonable supply.

·      Bedding and linens may be rented by prior arrangement at extra charge of  $50/person/week

·      Fires are permitted in the designated fire pit. A reasonable quantity of firewood is provided free of charge.

·      Tenants are requested to inspect the cottage for cleanliness and completeness of inventory when they arrive and to please ensure that it is left in a clean and presentable condition when they leave.

·      We want to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Please bring any deficiencies to our attention and they will be corrected immediately.

·       Tenants are encouraged to become familiar with these policies and additional safety information posted inside the cottage.

Tenants are responsible for any damage to the premises and equipment caused during their stay.
